Pilot Terms

These terms govern the $149 DeployLint customer-run private beta pilot. By purchasing or using the pilot, you agree to these terms and the DeployLint Proprietary Beta License.

1. What you receive

The pilot includes a signed DeployLint 1.x local software package, checksum and verification material, documentation, a policy template, onboarding for up to five explicitly selected workflow files, and one 30-minute onboarding or results-review session. Delivery is made to the email supplied through Stripe within one business day after successful payment.

2. Customer-run boundary

DeployLint runs in your environment. The standard pilot does not require repository access or workflow upload. Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys, secrets, or confidential workflow source to DeployLint. If separately requested support would require source disclosure, both parties must first agree to that scope in writing.

3. Authorized use

You represent that you are authorized to inspect every file supplied to DeployLint. You may not use the product for unlawful access, public-target scanning, or review of third-party files without permission.

4. Payment and taxes

The pilot costs $149 USD as a one-time charge. Stripe processes payment. You are responsible for taxes, duties, and similar charges except taxes based on DeployLint’s income. No subscription or automatic renewal is created by this pilot.

5. Scheduling and support

The included session must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Scheduling is subject to reasonable availability. Support is provided through support@deploylint.com; no service-level commitment is included.

6. Refunds

The refund policy applies. An approved refund terminates the software license, and you must stop using and delete the software and backup copies.

7. Product limitations

DeployLint is a bounded static review aid. It does not execute workflows, prove a deployment is secure, certify compliance, replace professional security review, inspect unsupplied settings, or guarantee that all defects will be found. Findings require human review.

8. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the pilot and software are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. DeployLint is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the pilot.

9. Changes and contact

The terms in effect at purchase govern that purchase. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Questions: support@deploylint.com.
