Proprietary Beta License
DeployLint is licensed, not sold. The purchase grants one individual or legal organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual license to use the delivered DeployLint 1.x software internally.
Permitted use
- Install and use the delivered software for your organization’s internal workflow review.
- Allow employees and contractors to use it solely for that organization.
- Make reasonable backup copies.
Not permitted
- Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, rental, public posting, or sharing with another organization.
- Offering DeployLint as a hosted or bureau service.
- Removing proprietary notices or creating a substantially derived competing product.
- Reverse engineering except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Important limitations
The software is a static review aid, not a security warranty, certification, or proof that a workflow or deployment is safe. It is provided “as is.” Liability is limited to the amount paid for the pilot to the maximum extent permitted by law.
